PV Gran Cru
The result of the selection of a small cru, planted on clay soil, which expresses to the fullest our terroir. Concentrated wine, majestic, powerful. The eye is impenetrable, deep. The nose sweats plum, pepper and balsamic notes. Fabously soft on the palate, fibrous with ripe tannin, very long aftertaste.
Warm and sunny year, with little rainfall. The climatic conditions allowed the achievement of a high phenolic maturity, thanks also to the absence of phytosanitary pressure that allowed us to harvest the grapes at the right time. The slight dehydration brought with it an alcoholic and a slightly higher acidity than the average
Deep ruby red with purple reflections. The nose is reminiscent of juicy black cherry, dried fruit, sultanas, cooked plum and wild herbs, as well as white pepper, mocha and licorice. In the mouth it is dry, soft, enveloping but at the same time austere, almost severe in revealing itself. On the palate there is a light note of red fruit embellished with hints of vanilla on a soft and thick fabric, perfectly balanced with acidity and tannic notes. Closes with a final of great elegance, cleanliness and persistence
